There can be situations where you want to label a call with custom tags.


Not just that, you also want to filter out all such calls basis these custom tags. 


Enthu.AI makes it possible for you, as explained below.


A. How to custom tag a call?


i) Once you are in the call listening screen, you will see an option to Add a tag.




ii) Tag the call with the keywords of your choice. As you type, you will also see the pre existing tags that were previously used in your account.




Please Note
- You can add more than one tag to a call.

- To remove a tag, click on the cross adjacent to the tag. It gets auto saved.




B. How to filter out calls basis a custom tag?


You can filter out calls within the Call Analysis screen.


In the filters pane, look out for Custom Fields. You will find a filter option with the name 'by Custom Tags'. All the custom tags that have been used in your account will be listed here.


Select one or more custom tags to filter out calls.
