Moments are events in the call. These Moments have specific keywords assigned to them which will be determined as achieved/missed based on the usage.
Each Theme has its own unique Moments. To view Moments, follow the steps below:
Login to your Enthu.AI. account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Themes’ option on the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to the Call Theme Manager page. This is where you can see all your existing Themes.
To view the Moments select the particular Theme.
On the right pane of the Call theme manager page, you will see the Moments of the selected Theme.
