There are 3 major reasons as to why your calls are not being reflected in Enthu.AI 


  • Agents are not assigned to a team and a theme.

  • The call does not exceed the minimum duration of the call for analysis

  • The time period selected is wrong 


We will explore all these reasons in detail and also give you the solution.


  • Agents are not assigned to a team or a theme-


You need to make sure that all your agents are assigned to a team and all the teams have a theme. If you default on this, then the calls won't reflect in Enthu.AI and the evaluation process will not work.


You can check whether your Team is assigned to a Team and your Agent is assigned to a Team by following these steps:


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Teams’ option on the drop-down menu.

  4. On the Team manager page, you will see all the agents assigned to a team and a theme.

  5. Check whether all your agents are assigned to a designated team and a theme and if not then make sure to do the necessary changes.


  • The call does not exceed the minimum duration of the call for analysis-


The call you are not able to see might not be long enough to be analyzed by Enthu.AI.


You can change the minimum call duration of call analysis from the profile settings page. (See important notes)


  • The time period selected is not correct-

It is possible that the time frame for which the calls are being shown is not the time frame in which your intended call took place. 


You can set the time frame according to your preference easily by following the steps given below :


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Call Analysis’ option.

  3. On the right side of the screen, you will see a select date feature. Set the time frame according to you.
