An agent is someone whose calls/conversations you want to monitor and evaluate using Enthu.AI.
Adding an agent to your Enthu.AI account is pretty simple. Just follow the steps given below:
Log into your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Agents’ option on the drop down menu.
You will be redirected to the Agents Page. This is where you can see all your active agents as well as your deactivated agents.
Click on the ‘Create Agent’ button on the right side of your screen.
A pop up will appear where you can key in the details.
Enter your agent’s name, their email, assign them a team and a role. After entering all the details click on ‘Create Agent’.
Congrats ! You’ve successfully added an agent. You can see your agent’s details, both new and pre-existing ones, on the Agent Manager dashboard.
To create an agent successfully you need to enter their name and email address.
The Agent email ID should be the same as that in the VoIP.
You may assign the agent to a team later, but without assigning them to a team, the evaluation process won’t work.
