You can set the duration of analysis of a call by following these steps:


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. On the right hand side of the screen, please click on the Arrow button and a drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Profile Settings’ option.

  4. On the Profile settings page, scroll down to see the ‘Analyze calls above this duration (in seconds)’ tab.

  5. Enter the minimum duration in seconds. Click on the ‘Save’ button.



Important Note:

  • Please remember that the unit in which you will enter the minimum duration is in seconds.
