You can edit and update your agents’ information anytime you want by following the steps given below:

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Agents’ option on the drop down menu. 

  4. You will be redirected to the Agent Manager page. Click on the ‘Actions’ button in front of the agent whose information you want to edit/update. 

  5. A popup will appear. Make the required changes and click on ‘Update Agent’ to save the changes.

  6. If an agent is not assigned to a team, it can easily be done by clicking on the ‘Add’ button under the Assigned team.

  7. A popup will appear. Assign the selected agent to a team and click on ‘Update Agent’ to save changes.

  8. You will be able to see the changes in the Agent Manager dashboard.

Important notes :

  • Only Quality Manager and System Admin can make such changes.

  • Assigning a team to your agents is crucial for the evaluation and analysis process to take place.
