A team is defined as a group of agents of a similar division working together to improve the workflow and efficiency of the tasks at hand.
Creating a team in Enthu.AI is simple. Just follow the steps given below :
Log into your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu on the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Teams’ option from the drop-down menu.
You will be redirected to the Teams Manager page.
Click on the ‘CREATE A TEAM’ button on the right side of your screen.
A pop-up will appear where you can key in the details.
Enter all the details and assign agents to the team. After entering all the details click on ‘Create Team’.
Congrats! You’ve successfully created a team. You can view your team details on the Team Manager dashboard.

Creating a team is crucial for the proper functioning of Enthu.AI. Without assigning agents to a team (and theme) the evaluation process won’t be performed. To learn more about creating an agent or a theme, click here:
Entering all the details in the ‘Create a new Team’ (see step 7) pop-up is mandatory for the proper functioning of the software.
