Enthu.AI enables a Quality team which helps in the evaluation process and giving your agents proper feedback.


There are Two roles in the Quality Team:

Quality Analyst : QA has read access, which is analyzing calls, listening to them, providing proper feedback, etc.



Quality ManagerQM has add/edit access, which is QM can add/edit agent’s information, add/edit teams, etc.


To edit or delete Quality Team members in Enthu.AI, follow the steps given below :



  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘QAs’ option on the drop down menu.


4. On the Quality manager page, click on the ‘Edit/Delete’ button on the right side of the screen. 


5. To edit QA/QM a popup will appear. Enter the name and email address and assign a        role(QA/QM) and click on the 'Update QA/QM' button.


6.  To delete QA/QM a popup will appear. Click on the 'Delete' button.



7. You will be able to see your the required changes are made in the QA manager dashboard.
