Enthu.AI enables a Quality team which helps in the evaluation process and giving your agents proper feedback.
There are Two roles in the Quality Team:
Quality Analyst : QA has read access, which is analyzing calls, listening to them, providing proper feedback, etc.
Quality Manager: QM has add/edit access, which is QM can add/edit agent’s information, add/edit teams, etc.
To add Quality Team members in Enthu.AI, follow the steps given below :
Login to your Enthu.AI account
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘QAs’ option on the drop down menu.
On the Quality manager page, click on the ‘Create QA’ button on the right side of the screen.
A popup will appear. Enter the name and email address (invite and credentials will be sent to this email address) and assign a role(QA/QM).
Click on the ‘Create QA’ button to finish.
You will be able to see your QA member in the QA manager dashboard.
