Feedback helps Agents to improve their performance. Enthu.AI offers the feature of using custom Feedback forms to evaluate your Agents’ performance. 


You can create Feedback forms by following these steps:


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Feedback Forms’ option on the drop-down menu.

  4. On the Feedback forms page, click on the ‘Request a new Form’ option on the right side of the screen.

  5. A pop-up will appear. Enter the form name, email address (in case of any query), assign it to a Team, and upload the sample form.

  6. Click on ‘Send Request’ to confirm.

  7. You will be able to see your feedback form in the feedback form dashboard once the request has been confirmed.

Important Notes:


  • You need to provide an email address in case of any queries. We will address all the questions to the given email address only.

  • It takes 26-36 working hours to convert requests into new forms.
