Enthu.AI enables a Quality team which helps in the evaluation process and giving your agents proper feedback.
There are three roles in the QA Manager dashboard:
Team Leader : TL has access to his own team, i.e. listening and providing feedback to a particular team.
Quality Analyst : QA has read access, i.e. analyzing calls, listening to them, providing proper feedback, etc.
Quality Manager: QM has add/edit access, i.e. QM can add/edit agent’s information, add/edit teams, etc.
To add TL/QA/QM in Enthu.AI, follow the steps given below :
1. Login to your Enthu.AI account
2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
3. Click on the ‘QAs’ option on the drop down menu.
4. On the Quality manager page, click on the ‘Create QA/TL’ button on the right side of the screen.
5. A popup will appear. Enter the name and email address (invite and credentials will be sent to this email address) and assign a role(QA/QM/TL).
6. Click on the ‘Create QA/TL’ button to finish.
7. You will be able to see your QA/QM/TL in the QA manager dashboard.
