To check customer sentiments in Enthu.AI, follow the below mentioned steps:
- Login in to your Enthu.AI account and navigate to call analysis screen.
- On the right side of your screen click on review button and you will be redirected to the main call screen.
- Right side of the screen shows the call transcript, the red color chat show the negative sentiment and green one indicates that the customer is happy which is positive sentiment.
