The Admin and Quality Team members can change the duration for Agent Expiry Link in two ways.




  • Profile Settings  (Only Admin can access)


  • Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  • On the right hand side of the screen, please click on the Arrow button and a drop-down menu will appear.
  • Click on the ‘Profile Settings’ option.
  • On the Profile Settings page, scroll down to see the Expiry for Agent Link, make your desired changes and click on save button.


  • Call Analysis: (Admin and Quality Team)


  • Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  • On the Navigation menu, click on the Call Analysis Module and and you will see Call Analysis screen.
  • Click on Review button and you’ll be redirected to a call evaluation screen.
  • After filling feedback form, you can change the duration of expiry link accordingly for a particular agent.
  • Click on Submit button and your changes will be saved.
