Evaluation Summary can be downloaded by following below mentioned steps:

You will land on the 'Evaluation and Coaching Module', where you see the recent evaluation done by quality team of all the agents.
Click on the 'Apply Filter' icon.

A pop up will apper, fill in all the details (team name and agent name) and click on 'Save' button.
You will able to see the evaluation details of a particular agent.
