Evaluation Summary can be downloaded by following below mentioned steps:

• You will land on the 'Evaluation and Coaching Module', where you see the recent evaluation done by quality team of all the agents.
  
  
• Click on the 'Download' icon, a pop-up will appear where can you have the option to select the data representation format. 
  
  
  
  
• Select the data representation format.
  
• Once the format is selected, an excel file would be downloaded in that format.
