Agent Average Score is calculated on the basis of 10 recent evaluation done by quality team. Let's see how you can view them in the Evaluation/Coaching Module.


You can track this entire process by just following these easy steps:

  • Click on the Evaluation Tab in the left-side navigation menu. 

  • You will land on the Evaluation and Coaching module, where you see the recent evaluation done by quality team of all the agents. 
     
  • In the above screen you will see a column that shows the Average Score all agents.
