How to tag a call to Coaching Session? Print

You tag a call to Coaching Session in a few easy steps:

Go to the Call Analysis tab using the side menu and click on the “Review'' button.
You will be redirected to another page where you can analyze the particular call.
Here you can see the 'Tag a Call to Coaching' option. Click on 'Tag a Call to Coaching' button and a popup will appear.
You can select an existing Coaching Session and then click on 'Save'.
You can check the tagged call in the Coaching module by clicking on 'Create Coaching Session' button .
