You can create coaching sessions easily by followiing these steps:
Click on the Evaluation Tab in the left-side navigation menu.
- You will land on the Evaluation and Coaching module.
- Navigate to 'Coaching' tab.
- Click on 'Create Coaching Session' button.
- A pop-up will apper, fill in all the deatils (coaching name,team,agents, QA/QM, quick summary, discussion plan, action pla, overall statusand email ID).
- Click on 'Create' button and therefore your new Coaching Session will be created.
