First undersatnd what is scorecard?

scorecard is an evaluation system that's built to measure and analyse your agent's performance to help you get feedback.

Login to your Enthu.AI account. On the right hand side of the screen, please click on the Arrow button and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Profile Settings’ option.
On the Profile settings page, scroll down to see the ‘Criterial for QA Scorecard’ tab.
Enter the valid minimum and maximum scores accordingly, Click on the ‘Save’ button.
