Enthu.AI enables you to add customer information so that you don't have to go through your database searching for each and every customer detail.
You can add Customer Name, Email, Deal value and the Deal Status.
In addition, you can also add important notes about things which you want to remember about the customer.
You can add customer details in a few easy steps:
- Go to the Call Analysis tab using the side menu.
- Click on the “Review'' button. You will be redirected to another page where you can analyze the particular call.
- Here you can see the "Add Customer Detail" option. Click on "Add Customer Detail" and a popup will appear.
- You can add all the customer details and then click on “Save”. The customer details you've entered will appear under the call.
