Enthu.AI boosts the evaluation process and enables QAs to find opportunity areas of each agent at a click of a button.


You can view the recent evaluation data of all agents together or of a particular agent separately following these steps:



  • Click on the Evaluation Tab in the left-side navigation menu.

  • You will land on the Evaluation screen where you can view the names of agents with their Recent Evaluations scores.


  • Click on "Details" to view the Evaluation Summary of the particular agent and the areas the agent needs to work upon.
     


  • You can select the name of the desired agent and custom dates in order to view the improvement areas and other recent evaluation data.
