Playlists are a great tool. You can use a playlist of great calls as a reference for Agents to learn from. You can create a playlist of calls that have important information etc.


To create a call playlist, follow these steps:


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Library’ option.

  3. On the Library page, click on the ‘Create New Playlist’ option in the bottom left corner of the screen.

  4. A pop-up will appear. Enter the name of the playlist.

  5. Click on the ‘Create new Playlist’ option to save.

  6. You will be able to see your playlist in the library.
