You can create a playlist of calls for your Agents to use as reference. To add calls to a playlist, follow these steps:
Login to your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Call Analysis’ option.
On the Call Analysis page, click on the Review button on the right side of the call you want to download.
You will be redirected to a new tab displaying all the details related to that particular call.
Click on the ‘Add to Playlist option under the audio player tab.
A pop-up will appear. Select the playlist you want to add the call to. Add any comment if required.
Click on Add to Playlist button to save.
