A Client is a customer your agent talks to. You have to request the right to add Clients in Enthu.AI and only then the Clients tab will be shown under the Manage menu.


To invite clients to your Enthu.AI account, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Clients’ option on the drop-down menu.

  4. On the Client Manager page, click on the ‘Create Client’ option on the right side of the screen.

  5. A pop-up will appear. Enter your Client’s name, their email address (an invite and their login credentials will be sent to this email address) company name, company image and assign them to a Team.

  6. Click on the ‘Create Client’ option to save.

  7. You will be able to see your new Clients under the Active Clients tab in the Client Manager dashboard.

Important Notes:

  • A Client only has access to the reports of the Team they are assigned to.
