The Admin and Quality Team members can check the minutes used per agent in three ways.


  • Billing Section :

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. On the right pane, please click on the Arrow button and a drop down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Billing’ option. 

  4. On the Billing page, You will see ‘Minutes per Agent per Month’ under the ‘Your Plan’ section.



  • Profile Settings:

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. On the right hand side of the screen, please click on the Arrow button and a drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click on the ‘Profile Settings’ option.

  4. On the Profile Settings page, scroll down to see the ‘Analysis minutes per Agent (per month). 


  • Agent Manager:

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ button, and a drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click on the ‘Agents’ option. 

  4. On the Agent Manager page, hover over the ‘Calls mins used’ of any Agent. You will see how many minutes that Agent has used from the total amount of time.
