You can upload your call recordings to Enthu.AI in two ways: 


(1) from the Manage section (recommended) or
 (2) using the Call Upload URL in Profile Settings.


Option 1: From the Manage Section (Recommended)

  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. On the left sidebar, go to Manage → Upload Calls (second-last option).
  3. Select the Agent whose calls you want to upload. You’ll also see the available minutes for that agent.

  4. Choose the call file(s) you want to upload. You can upload multiple files together.

  5. Click on Submit to upload.

  6. Once the upload is complete, you’ll see a success message on screen.
    The calls will reflect in your Enthu.AI account within 5–15 minutes, depending on the duration of the calls.


Option 2: Using the Call Upload URL

  1. Go to Profile Settings from the right-hand side dropdown.

  2. Under the Call Upload URL tab, copy the provided link and open it in your browser.

  3. Select the Agent whose calls you want to upload.

  4. Upload or drag-and-drop the call files (multiple files allowed).

  5. Click on Submit to upload.

  6. A success message will appear once the upload is done. The calls should reflect in Enthu.AI within 5–15 minutes.



Important notes

  • Supported formats: .mp3, .wav, .gsm, .aac & .mp4
  • Each file must be smaller than 90 MB
  • Maximum combined upload size: 500 MB per upload
  • Upload time may vary depending on file size and internet speed
