If you’re unable to log in to Enthu or facing access-related problems, it’s usually due to credentials, security checks, or account status.

1. I am not able to log in to Enthu

Common reasons

  • Incorrect email or password

  • Account is deactivated

  • You’re trying to log in with an email not added to the workspace

  • Temporary browser or network issue

What to check

  1. Confirm you’re using the correct email address

  2. Re-enter password carefully 

  3. Try logging in using an incognito window

  4. Clear browser cache and cookies

  5. Check if your account is active with your Admin


3. How can I reset my password?

Steps

  1. Log in to Enthu

  2. Go to Profile / Account settings

  3. Select Change Password

  4. Enter current and new password

  5. Save changes

Important

Password change applies immediately and logs you out from other sessions.


4. Can’t get through captcha

Common reasons

  • Browser extensions blocking captcha

  • VPN or network restrictions

  • Outdated browser

  • Multiple failed attempts

What to try

  • Refresh the page and retry

  • Use a supported, updated browser



If you’re stuck on the login screen because you forgot your password

If you’re on the login screen and don’t remember your password, follow these steps:

  1. On the login screen, click “Forgot password?”

  2. Enter the email address you use to log in to Enthu

  3. Click Submit

  4. Check your email for the password reset link

  5. Open the link and set a new password

  6. Return to the login screen and sign in with the new password



When should you contact support?

Contact support if:

  • Correct credentials still don’t work

  • Password reset emails never arrive

  • Captcha fails repeatedly despite troubleshooting

  • You’re locked out due to security restrictions
