Overview

The Notification feature is designed to enhance your experience by providing timely and relevant information directly within the Enthu.AI web app. 

Notifications are categorized as follows:

  • General Notifications: Updates applicable to all users, such as new feature releases, system downtimes, or minor functionality updates.

  • User-Level Notifications: Personalized alerts based on user specific activities specific activities and roles, including calibration invites, agent evaluations, feedback shares and coaching sessions. 


Accessing the Notifications

You can access the Notifications anytime via the Bell Icon located in the top navigation bar of your dashboard. The icon displays a red circle with a number indicating unread notifications, ensuring you never miss important updates.

Clicking on the bell icon opens the Notifications, where you can view both unread and read notifications.

Each notification provides a title, message, and an actionable link if applicable.

Types of Notifications

  1. General Notifications

General Notifications keep all users informed about overarching system changes and updates. These include:

  • New Feature Releases: Announcements about newly added functionalities.

  • System Downtime: Alerts about scheduled maintenance periods.

  • Minor Updates: Information on small enhancements or bug fixes.

Example:

  • Title: New Feature Update: Now You Can Create Call Snippets & add them to the playlist(s)

  • Message: We’ve just released a new feature. Check it out and explore how it can enhance your workflow.

  • Action: On clicking that notification it will open the targeted URL. 

  1. User-Level Notifications

User-Level Notifications are tailored to your specific role and activities within the system. They ensure you receive relevant information pertinent to your tasks.

  1. Calibration Session Invites

  • Trigger: When a calibration session is created and participants are added.

  • Target Audience: Users participating in a calibration session.

  • Action: It opens the main screen for calls or chats

  1. Agent Call Evaluation

  • Trigger: When an agent’s call has been evaluated and scores are provided.

  • Target Audience: Agents

  • Action: It opens up the evaluation filled by the QA.

        3. Acknowledgment

  • Trigger: When an agent contests their evaluation

  • Target Audience: Evaluators (QA/QM/TL)

  • Action: It opens the main screen for calls or chats with the contested scorecard

        4. Coaching Session Notifications

  • Trigger: When a session is created for an agent and assigned to a coach

  • Target Audience: Agent & Coach

  • Action: For agents it will open the home screen, and for Coach it will open the Coaching page. 

        5. Feedback Shared to TL

  • Trigger: When an evaluated scorecard is shared to a TL

  • Target Audience: Team Leader

  • Action: It opens up the evaluation filled by the QA. 

How does it work?


  • Opens via Bell Icon: Easily accessible via bell icon placed in the header. 

  • Unread: A red circle with a number indicates the count of unread notifications. If notifications are more than 10, then it will show a + symbol on the right top.

  • Sequence: Latest notification on the top. 

  • Action: Redirected to the desired page.
