Call Calibration: Involves evaluating a call recording on quality parameters by the participants.. 

Chat Calibration: Involves evaluating a chat transcripts on quality parameters by the participants.


  • Evaluation Process: The evaluation of scorecards remains the same for both Call Calibration and Chat Calibration. 

  • Calibration Process: The process of creating Calibration sessions and the methodology for discussion and consensus-building are identical for both conversations calibration. 


Reports: There is no difference in the way reports are generated and reviewed for call and chat calibration. The same metrics and standards apply to both types of interactions.
