How to make a keyword search by using speaker filter? Print

1. Login to your Enthu.AI account

2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, click on the ‘Search Phrases’ option.

3. You will land on the screen where you can type in the keywords and filter out the phrases on the basis of speaker say "Agent conversations, Client conversations or All".

Important Notes

You can only input a maximum of five keywords/phrases for search.
You can also view and playback the calls.
