Let your agents to stay in the loop about their progress by simply following the steps mentioned below:
Log into your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Email Notifications’ option on the drop down menu.
You will be redirected to the Email Notification Page. Select your agent(s) and turn on the toggle button.
Your agent will start receiving an email on daily basis with all the details such as "calls handled, AHT, number of moments achieved and missed"
This way your agents can track their performance and work on their pain-points.
