Searching comes extremely handly when you want to enquire the presence of certain set of keywords/phrases within your conversations, without the need to create a new Moment/Group.


Enthu.AI gives you two logical options to Search keywords/Phrases within your calls:


#1. AND: Search for all the keywords/phrases that one has entered.

#2. OR: Search for any keyword/phrase out of the list that one have entered.

To make a search within calls, follow these steps:

  • Click on the search icon in the naviagtion menu.

 


  • You will land on the screen where you can type in the keywords. You can also select a search logic (default selection is AND). Hit Search Calls to get the matching conversations.

Important Notes

  • You can only input a maximum of five keywords/phrases for search.
  • You can also view and playback the calls.
