You can get notified whenever your agents achieve or miss a Moment.
You can enable notifications for particular moments, follow these steps:
Login to your Enthu.AI account.
‘Call Summary’ will be displayed by default.
On the Call Summary page, set the date according to your preference and choose the Moment you want to enable notifications for.
On the bottom right corner of the Moment, click on the ‘Email Notification’ option.
A pop-up will appear. Select the members you want to notify.
You can choose to notify these members immediately (as soon as a moment is missed/achieved) or at the end of the day (compiled together).
Select whether you want to send notifications of the moments achieved or when they are missed.
Click on the ‘Enable’ button to save changes.
The ‘Email Notification’ icon under the particular Moment will turn green, which means notifications are enabled.
To disable notifications, click on the ‘Email Notifications' icon of the Moment.
A pop-up will appear. Click on the ‘Disable’ option.
Important Notes:
You can either choose to notify the members when a Moment is missed or when it is achieved. A Moment is classified as missed when any of its keywords are not used by the Agent during a call. A Moment is classified as Achieved when any of its keywords are used by the Agent.
You can select to either send the notification as soon as the Moment is missed/achieved or compile the data of all the Moments missed/achieved together and send it at the end of the day.
