In Enthu.AI Qauality Team and Agents can download any call recording and analyse the conversation.
Let's see how one can access the downloading feature:
Login to your Enthu.AI account. On the right hand side of the screen, click on the Arrow button and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Profile Settings’ option.
On the Profile settings page, scroll down to see the ‘Security’ tab.
Select the options accordingly, Click on the ‘Save’ button.
