All calls that get into Enthu.AI can be downloaded by following the steps given below:


  1. Login to your Enthu.AI account.

  2. From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Call Analysis’ option.

  3. On the Call Analysis page, click on the Review button on the right side of the call you want to download.

  4. You will be redirected to a new tab displaying all the details related to that particular call.
  5. On the right side of the Audio player tab, click on the three dots. Click on ‘Download’ from the pop-up menu.
  6. Save the audio file on your computer.
