A. Deactivating Teams
Login to your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘Teams’ option on the drop down menu.
4. On the Teams Manager page, choose the team you want to deactivate.
5. Click on the "Toggle" as shown below.
6. A Deactivation Confirmation box will appear. Read all the points carefully and click "Deactivate".
7. You can see your Deactivated Team(s) in the "Deactivated tab" of the Teams Manager Dashboard.
B. Deactivating Quality Members
Login to your Enthu.AI account.
From the navigation menu in the left pane, please click on the ‘Manage’ option and a drop down menu will appear.
Click on the ‘QAs’ option on the drop down menu.
4. On the QA Manager page, choose the quality member (QA/QM) you want to deactivate.
5. Click on the "Toggle" as shown below.
6. A Deactivation Confirmation box will appear. Click on "Deactivate" button.
7. This way your QAQM will be deactivated
Important notes:
The deactivated Team/QA/QMs' history won't be affected by Deactivation.
